Port Lunch September 2025

The Executive Committee of Apzi - Voka West Flanders is pleased to invite you to our lunch meeting on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, at 11:30 AM.

To align with the planned port visit by Minister Annick De Ridder on 10 September, we are exceptionally moving our usual Port Lunch from Friday to Wednesday. In doing so, we aim to connect as closely as possible with this important policy moment.

This gathering is specifically intended for the management of port companies, in collaboration with the port authority. An aperitif, lunch (including water and wine), and coffee will be offered at €75 per person (excl. VAT).

Exclusive to Apzi-Voka members and by invitation only.

Registration

75,- EUR per person. excluding VAT 

After registration, we will issue an invoice and send it to you. Once we have received and processed your payment, you will receive your admission ticket via email. 

In case of cancellation after September 05, 2025, or no-shows, the full cost remains due.
