Apzi - Voka West-Vlaanderen organises the Zeebrugge port community's New Year's reception on Tuesday 27 January 2026.
Together with all the port companies and their employees, the port board, and all the organisations and official authorities involved in the port's operations, we will toast the past and the new year!
Programme
- 6.00 p.m. : Welcome
- 6:30 p.m. :
- Start of content programme with moderator Anne Vanrenterghem (Journalist at VRT)
- Introduction and review of the past year by Marc Adriansens (Chairman Apzi - Voka West Flanders)
- Annual review on screen
- Explanation of annual figures by Jacques Vandermeiren (CEO Port of Antwerp-Bruges)
- Lecture - ‘The power of entrepreneurship’ by Bart Verhaeghe (Chairman of Club Brugge)
- Panel discussion: Annick De Ridder – Bart Verhaeghe – Mayor Dirk de Fauw – Apzi-Voka
- Closing speech – Annick De Ridder (Flemish Minister of Mobility, Public Works, Ports, and Sport)
- 7.30 p.m. : Networking reception in the exhibition hall
- 11.00 p.m.: Scheduled end
Participation fee - practical information
Price: €37.10 per person (including VAT)

- After registration, you will receive the invoice from us via email.
- Please transfer €37.10 incl. VAT in advance to: BE16 4749 0532 4174 (APZI vzw)
Always state the name of the participant. - Once we have received and processed your payment, you will receive your admission ticket by email.
Cancellations can only be made by email until Friday, January 16, at 1:00 p.m. via apzi@voka.be. After that, the full amount will be charged. You can be replaced by a colleague at no additional cost.
