ITINERARY
Coming from Brussels/Ghent
Coming from Bruges via N31
- On the E40, direction Brugge-Oostende, take exit 8 (E403) direction Brugge. The E403 becomes the N31. Follow the N31 to Zeebrugge (approx. 21 km).
- When reaching the port area, keep right passed the traffic lights at the ‘Transportzone Zeebrugge’ and enter the tunnel complex.
- When entering the tunnel complex, immediately take the exit to Knokke-Heist. At the end of the slope (on top of the bridge), turn right and immediately left into the Doverlaan. At the beginning of the Doverlaan, you can see a signposting to the ‘Terminal Gebouw Carferry’, mentioning APZI (see photograph).
- Follow the Doverlaan, keep right, pass the wooden gate and drive onto the parking area in front of the terminal building Carferry. The APZI offices are situated on the first floor of this building.
Coming from Antwerp
- Follow the N49, direction Zelzate-Knokke-Heist.
- Reaching Westkapelle, at the traffic lights turn left onto the N378 and follow the direction Zeebrugge N31, follow until the N31 (approx. 10 km).
On this road you will first pass traffic lights, go straight at the first roundabout, over the Leopold Canal, go straight at the second roundabout, over the Herdersbrug (Boudewijn Canal).
- At the traffic lights turn right onto the N31, direction Zeebrugge.
- When reaching the port area, keep right passed the traffic lights at the ‘Transportzone Zeebrugge’ and enter the tunnel complex.
- When entering the tunnel complex, immediately take the exit to Knokke-Heist. At the end of the slope (on top of the bridge), turn right and immediately left into the Doverlaan. - Follow the Kustlaan N34 (direction Blankenberge), over the P. Vandammesluis (large sea lock) and over the Visartsluis (small sea lock).
- Passed the Visartsluis, just before the traffic lights follow the exit to the right and follow the New Yorklaan. Take the third street to the right (Doverlaan). At the beginning of the Doverlaan, you can see a signposting to the ‘Terminal Gebouw Carferry’, mentioning APZI (see photograph).
- Follow the Doverlaan, keep right, pass the wooden gate and drive onto the parking area in front of the terminal building Carferry. The APZI offices are situated on the first floor of this building.
Coming from Ostend-Blankenberge
- Follow the Kustlaan N34, direction Knokke-Heist.
- When entering Zeebrugge, turn left at the second traffic lights onto the New Yorklaan.
- On the New Yorklaan, take the third street to the right (Doverlaan). At the beginning of the Doverlaan, you can see a signposting to the ‘Terminal Gebouw Carferry’, mentioning APZI (see photograph).
- Follow the Doverlaan, keep right, pass the wooden gate and drive onto the parking area in front of the terminal building Carferry. The APZI offices are situated on the first floor of this building.
Coming from Kortrijk-Lille (France)
- Follow the A17/E403 in the direction of Brugge. The E403 changes into the N31.
- Follow the N31 to Zeebrugge (approx. 21 km).
